Vendor will be creating two (2) web-based training
presentations in Macromedia’s Breeze & Captivate software. Within each of the
training courses, users will be exposed to a combination of general
information, instructions, definitions, and the ability to view demonstrations.
Vendor will provide the design and content for the training source. The outline of the content of the training

+ Classroom)

Learners are first expected to follow the eLearning module.
This module has been created from the original class PPT into eLearning using
Articulate Presenter:

Following completion of the eLearning, learners are
required to attend 2.5
hour “Tools Workshop” to learn more
about the application of the tools to their various workgroups. During the
