Module Description

Vendor will be creating two (2) web-based training presentations in Macromedia’s Breeze & Captivate software. Within each of the training courses, users will be exposed to a combination of general information, instructions, definitions, and the ability to view demonstrations. Vendor will provide the design and content for the training source.  The outline of the content of the training course has been determined to be as follows:

 

1)    Course One (Basic): Overview of Reporting (approx. 15 min.)

·         Conceptual – High-level Overview Information

·         Content and Reporting

·         Search Capability

·         Viewing and Printing Reports

·         Exporting

 

2)    Course Two (Advanced): Creating Ad Hoc Reports (approx. 45-60 min.)

·         Selecting a Universe and opening the query panel

a.      How to edit and existing report

·         Sections of Query Panel

·         Definitions of Classes, Objects, Dimensions, Measures

·         Movement of classes or objects to/from Result or Filter Sections

a.      Double-click, drag and drop, deleting an object

This product is easy to navigate.

The progress bars at the top of each screen identify where you are in the application process. You can simply click that application section to review a completed section, or take advantage of the continuous screen flow design to scroll through the quote process. Red asterisks clearly mark the fields that are required for rating. Communication is easy, click on the “attach note” button to send an important note to an underwriter.

Designing for the Blended Learning (eLearning + Classroom)


·         Learners are first expected to follow the eLearning module. This module has been created from the original class PPT into eLearning using Articulate Presenter:

 

 

·         Following completion of the eLearning, learners are required to attend  2.5 hour  “Tools Workshop” to learn more about the application of the tools to their various workgroups. During the workshop learners are encouraged to “try and apply” the tools while being given guided supervision by a facilitator.
